The second edition of the gastro guide «Gourmet roads. 100 craft places of Ukraine» tells about local producers of craft products: wine, cheese, honey, beer, meat, vegetables, fruits, snails and oysters. It also provides examples of restaurants in large cities where you can taste these products. It’s not only about farms or agricultural enterprises, but also about tourist sites in particular. At each of the 100 locations, travelers can arrange tours and tastings, meet farmers or restaurateurs and see the process of making organic products from firsthand.  In the section called «Unbreakable Craft», we share heroic stories of craft producers who not only survived during the war but also found the ways how to provide help to those who are in need – military personnel, wounded veterans, displaced people, children from occupied territories and animals from the frontline.  Our gastro guide does not rate the products. Craft farms were not assigned scores or winner places. They are grouped geographically and conveniently divided into six conditional sections: «Centre and North», «West», «Carpathians», «South», «East» and «Big Cities». The gastro guide includes detailed list of all Ukrainian organic producers. Information for each site was carefully checked, but changes in farm operations are still possible. Therefore, we advise contacting the farms in advance to avoid surprises during your trip.
