London-based Georgia Carter has long been estranged from her wealthy, conservative South Carolina family. Until she gets the text: dad's dead. As Georgia returns for the funeral, she is reunited with her favourite brother, Oliver - and meets his AA sponsor, Sam. Georgia and Sam are instantly drawn together, but Georgia can't help noticing how her brother looks at Sam, and the last thing she wants is to hurt her only real family. Tensions rise when their father's will reveals an inheritance to a mysterious stranger.
