English World 2. Workbook

English World is a 10th level English textbook that covers the course "Elementary, Secondary and High School" by Way Ahead and Macmillan English. The book successfully combines a practical methodology with innovative methods of work in the classroom. Active assimilation of the material is facilitated by bright posters and interesting exercises for an interactive whiteboard, which are on a separate DVD-ROM. A well-structured grammar and working out of language skills of real communication are presented in dialogues and additional materials. Levels of the English World 5-10 course contain adapted reading materials from the real environment and familiarize students with different reading genres, such as pleasures and newspaper articles. All tasks are aimed at the systematic development of speech and a consistent approach to the skills that were developed at Levels 1-4 English World. The course develops important skills needed in everyday life. Exercise for understanding focuses on students' personal responses and provokes them to think critically.
